Our aim is to help you develop into a well-rounded happy human being.  We offer a range of services catered to your needs.   This can range from conversational sessions to fitness training. We have created a one-stop shop where you can partake in all of the offered activities or choose the ones you prefer. As we develop a working relationship, we can modify the techniques that best work for you.

Fitness

We offer one-on-one fitness training including weight training, aerobic exercises, body resistance exercises, and non-impact exercises. We offer additional activities which are both fun and effective. These include rock climbing, martial arts, yoga, boxing, kick boxing, self-defense, stationary bicycles, swimming, basketball, and baseball.

Spirituality / Philosophy / Mental Well Being

We blend this into one broad category because they are interrelated.  As you develop a more positive perspective you become a stronger person spiritually, mentally, and physically.

A big part of what we do is to help you navigate and deal with challenges.  This happens through one-on-one conversations and is strengthened by techniques and practices such as meditation, relaxation techniques, self-reflection, mantras, communication skills, music, and neurolinguistic programming. As you incorporate some or all of these techniques, you will see how things begin to look clearer because you will be processing life from a more balanced perspective. This perspective also comes into alignment as you develop a greater strength in your beliefs. We believe that everyone is free to follow the beliefs they resonate with. For those who are interested, we encourage discussion of other beliefs. We offer discussion, both privately and in groups, in the areas of philosophy and religion. We are all shaped by our beliefs and when we truly understand them, we can choose to let go of the ones that no longer serve us and embrace the ones that do. Sometimes this is simply a better understanding of our interpretation of those beliefs.

For those who like to delve deeper, we also provide sessions in hypnotherapy, craniosacral therapy, brain gym, and magnetic therapy.

Health and Nutrition

Part of a happy and healthy lifestyle is learning and incorporating proper nutritional habits. At a basic level, we provide guidelines for healthier choices.  At a deeper level, we work specifically with you and your lifestyle needs. A big part of what we encourage is an active lifestyle. This makes sports nutrition a must.

There are also other aspects of our daily routine that affect our health but are often overlooked. We are affected not only by the food we consume but also by the products we put on our skin. We show you ways of incorporating healthier products in relation to makeup, hair, and skin treatment.

Fun

Incorporating fun and beneficial activities into your lifestyle is key. These include vision exercises, Bal-A-Vis-X, aromatherapy, inversion machine, table tennis, tumbling, trampolining, boomerang, frisbee, badminton, dance, and sports camps. However, there are times when the body just needs to relax. Incorporating stress reduction and therapeutic massage into our practice brings us full circle to the proper nurturing of our bodies.
